What Bukavilla does not do
We are a platform, not an agency and not a bank. Money moves from the guest to the owner directly — we never hold funds, never issue payouts, and never handle anyone's taxes. We also do not bring you the traffic an OTA does; Bukavilla is for owners who already have demand and would rather not pay a commission on it.
