The honest model
There is no countdown, no booking limit, and no plan waiting above you. Every villa gets the whole platform — direct bookings, your own subdomain, calendar sync, guest messaging, the owner app — at no cost.
Bukavilla is early. More villas and more guests are worth more to us right now than subscription revenue, so we would rather you spend nothing and stay. That is the whole reason, and it is the only one.
If we ever introduce a paid plan, owners already on the platform will hear about it well in advance. Nothing you build here is held hostage in the meantime: your photos, calendar, guest history and subdomain are yours, and you can take your guest list with you whenever you like.

Import from Airbnb and sync Booking.com and VRBO, so a booking on any channel blocks the dates everywhere. Included, like everything else.

Stripe or DOKU settles into your own account when the guest books. Bukavilla never holds the money and never takes a cut of it.

Because Bukavilla is early and a bigger, better catalogue is worth more to us right now than subscription revenue. A guest only finds a direct-booking site useful once enough villas are on it, so that is what we are buying with the free platform.
There is no upsell tier, no paid placement in search, and no fee attached to a booking. If that changes we will say so ahead of time rather than switching it on quietly.
Never. You keep 100%. Standard payment processor fees apply (Stripe ~2.9%, DOKU varies) — those go to them, not us.
No. The price a guest sees is the owner's price. There is no service fee, booking fee, or percentage added at checkout — which is the main reason booking direct costs less than the same villa on an OTA.
Through your own Stripe or DOKU account, or a direct method you configure yourself. Bukavilla is a platform, not a payment intermediary: we never hold your funds, never release them on a schedule, and never issue payouts or tax forms.
Yes. There is no contract and nothing to cancel. Your data is retained for 90 days after you close an account, in case you change your mind.
