“Nous avons malheureusement vécu une expérience très grave dans cette villa. 120 € en espèces ont disparu de nos affaires personnelles pendant notre séjour. Le personnel du ménage s’est permis de rentrer dans la villa sans nous en informer. En rentrant, nos affaires sont déplacés, les valises sont touchés et de l’argent a été pris. Après la disparition de notre argent, nous ne nous sommes absolument plus sentis en sécurité dans cette villa. La situation a été suffisamment sérieuse pour que nous nous déplacions jusqu’à la police afin de signaler les faits. Le plus grave a été l’attitude de la propriétaire. Nous n’avons ressenti aucune compassion, ni aucun soutien face à cette situation. Au contraire, nous avons trouvé son attitude méprisante et très désagréable. De plus c’était une réservation pour 7 personnes mais uniquement de la place pour 6… la propriétaire nous dit de payer un lit supplémentaire ou qu’elle dorme sur le canapé du salon extérieur de la villa À fuir”
