Team and branding

Inviting team members

Owners can invite team members to help run their account. Roles:

• Owner — sole admin; manages billing and account settings. One owner per account.
• Manager — full access to listings, bookings, and inbox. Can edit pricing, respond to guests, manage the calendar.
• Cleaner — turnover-ops only. Sees tasks, can mark them done, can upload photos. Doesn't see guest contact info or pricing.
• Viewer — read-only access. Useful for an accountant or a property co-owner who just wants visibility.

Send invites by email from the team settings. The invitee gets a link, signs in, and joins your team. Invites expire after a set period if not accepted.

Per-villa scoping

You can scope a manager to specific villas (so they only see those listings). An empty scope means they see all your villas.

Per-villa scoping is in place at the data level; full UI for it is rolling out alongside launch. Most teams operate with full-access managers in the meantime.

Branding

• Mobile: /m/(owner)/profile/branding
• Desktop: in profile / settings

Two theme presets available today:

• Dark Luxury — black and gold, serif emphasis, editorial feel
• Light Editorial — warm neutrals, restrained typography, magazine-style layout

The theme controls colors and typography on your branded subdomain page (<yourvilla>.bukavilla.com). It also affects how your villa appears on Bukavilla's main directory.

More customization (custom logo, brand colors, custom CSS) is on the post-launch roadmap.

Branded subdomain

Every villa gets a free branded subdomain at <yourvilla>.bukavilla.com automatically. Use it for marketing — link directly from social media, email signatures, QR codes on physical signage, anywhere you'd otherwise send people to a generic listing page.

The subdomain page shows just your villa with your chosen theme. It's a faster, more personal landing experience than the main directory.

Owner profile

Your owner profile shows up on your villa pages. Configure from /m/(owner)/profile:

• Display name (what guests see)
• Profile photo
• Languages spoken
• Bio (optional, plain text)

A complete profile builds trust with guests. Verified owners who've shown a face and bio see higher inquiry-to-booking conversion.

Multiple villas

If you operate more than one villa, each lives as its own listing under your single owner account. Each villa pays its own flat monthly subscription based on its average nightly rate — there's no bundle discount and no commission, regardless of how many villas you list.

You manage all villas from the same dashboard; switching between them is one click. The team you invite has access scoped per their role and per-villa scoping.
