Install the Bukavilla Chrome extension
Install the Bukavilla Chrome extension
Takes about 3 minutes. Chrome (or Edge / Brave) desktop only — there's no mobile version. You need to be signed into your Airbnb host account and your Bukavilla dashboard in the same browser.
Before you start
You need: A laptop or desktop running Chrome, Edge, or Brave. The extension does not work on iPad, iPhone, or Safari.
If you're on Safari right now, switch browsers before continuing. Otherwise the steps below won't appear.
1. Download the extension
Download Bukavilla.zip (≈ 2 MB)
The Chrome Web Store listing is pending — for now, install by side-loading the zip below. This page will switch to a one-click install once the Web Store approves us.
2. Unzip it
Right-click the downloaded file and pick Extract All (Windows) or double-click (Mac). You'll get a folder called bukavilla-airbnb-sync. Keep it somewhere you'll remember — Chrome reads from this folder, so deleting it later will break the extension.

3. Open Chrome's extensions page
Copy this address into the Chrome address bar (Chrome blocks links from web pages opening it):
chrome://extensions/
Hit Enter.
4. Turn on Developer mode
In the top-right corner, flip the Developer mode toggle on. Three new buttons appear: Load unpacked, Pack extension, Update.

5. Load the extension
Click Load unpacked. A folder picker opens. Pick the bukavilla-airbnb-sync folder from step 2. The Bukavilla extension tile appears in the list with a small villa icon.

6. Pin it to the toolbar
Click the puzzle-piece icon to the right of Chrome's address bar. Find Bukavilla in the dropdown, then click the small pin icon. The villa icon now sits permanently next to your address bar — that's how you'll open the extension popup.

What next
Next: pair the extension with your dashboard. That's the step that connects the extension to your villas so it knows which calendars to sync.
