“We had a good stay overall. The villa is very spacious, including the kitchen, living area and rooms. The staff were amazing! really attentive and helpful. Can get hot but there’s the pool for a dip. Yes there’s aircon in each room. There were a few minor issues during our stay, but these were sorted quickly by the team. The villa is located down a long, narrow driveway (around 150–200m) from the main road. Quiet spot. There are a couple of small convenience stores, massage place and seafood restaurant nearby but not much else within walking distance, so transport is recommended. Communication with the host was a little slow but luckily no major issues needed discussing. Overall, still a good stay & great value for money.”

“Confirmed and fully paid Airbnb booking for Jan 11–13 for a 3-bedroom villa with pool, traveling with family and an 11-month-old baby. On check-in day, I contacted the villa manager about early check-in. I was told the villa was empty, no staff were on site, and there was no confirmation from the host. For nearly two hours, I was redirected between multiple contacts with no clear response. Eventually, I was asked to relocate because the owner had only just seen the Airbnb notification and was unaware of the booking. The alternative villa was still being cleaned upon arrival, with the previous guest still present. No apology, accountability, or compensation was offered. Despite the disrupted check-in, the host refused a late checkout and claimed that staying past noon without using the rooms was already a “benefit.” Poor communication, lack of coordination, and no compensation for a confirmed booking failure. Not recommended, especially for families needing reliable and smooth stay”
