“Kostas was wonderful to deal with—very cooperative, understanding, easy to communicate with, and respectful of our privacy. He was also considerate of our preferred communication times, which we truly appreciated. Unfortunately, our experience was negatively affected by the elderly lady at the property. She repeatedly entered our space without asking, knocked on our doors and woke us up, and even closed the door while we were inside. Her attitude and way of speaking to us were extremely unpleasant and disrespectful. We acknowledge that we caused some very minor damage to the villa and were willing to take responsibility for it. However, it was minimal and certainly did not justify the way we were treated. The matter could have been handled calmly and respectfully. Most disappointingly, she treated us as if we were not paying guests, but as if she were doing us a favor by letting us stay there. This made us feel very uncomfortable and that our privacy was not respected. Kostas was excel”
