Set on a fully gated property, it features high ceilings, a cosy loft, side terrace and large landscaped backyard. A few well-known local Goan restaurants serving traditional food are located within a 5–10 minute radius, some offering catering. The island is accessible by ferry, with the nearest ferry point about a 5 minute drive away, making Old Goa and Panjim easy to reach while still feeling secluded.
