“Amazing stay”

“First of all, i would like to say that the staff was very friendly and helpful and the whole communication was very fast and efficient. However, when we arrived we soon realized the place looked somewhat like the pictures but much older and used, with stained furniture and carpet. There was a lot of insects inside the house (dead and alive) because the doors don’t seal properly (because everything is kind of old). The bedrooms are only accessible from outside, on the second floor. The bathrooms are inside the rooms (they were not very clean), but not separated from the room, so you can imagine if you use the toilet, the smell is in the whole room. We stayed here only the first night, even though we booked for the whole month because the condition of the house didn't match the pictures and expectations. They were nice about it, offered us another property however it was far from where we wanted, so they gave us a full refund.”
