“Clean room, fully equipped kitchen. Daily cleaning service. Super friendly and responsive staff. Very convenient location. But there were a few important points that I would like to note: 1- I booked a room with a terrace, which was clearly indicated in the photos. We were given one without. When I asked why the room did not match the photos, I was told that these are photos of all existing rooms and it’s subject to availability. 2- All cleaning products have a very strong chemical smell. Neither I nor my daughter could use them. Had to buy new products ourselves. 3- It is not easy to lock the door. Once we came and the door was open after cleaning.”
