“The property is beautifully designed and decorated, we were a group of 20 with a mix of adults and children. We utilised the whole property, all the different villas but mostly spent our time near the big pool and main kitchen. The staff was good, there was language barrier that was communicated by the host but they still made an effort to understand and deliver their best with breakfast requests, cleaning requests and supplies. We got the host to organise a bbq dinner for us and it was a great spread and we all thoroughly enjoyed the feast. Karaoke and the speakers were great equipment for entertainment throughout the day. The hosts were very kind in allowing an early check in and late checkout. Very sure this may be applicable, subject to availability. No complaints regarding the linen and general cleanliness. The only red flag was that the property lacks maintenance and upkeep. This could very well be a result of how exposed the property is to the natural environment.”
