“It was a great stay and eka was very proactive during check in and responsive on some issues like adapters to charge phones. I would suggest if anyone traveling from US carry adapters to support Bali plug system, it’s different. Apart from the above issue my stay was excellent and would definitely book if i visit bali ever in future.”

“We stayed at Villa Nell for 5 weeks and absolutely loved it. Firstly, the villa manager (Eka) and her team were AMAZING- honestly better than any service you’d find at a 5 star hotel! They were so kind to our children and they answered all of our questions/requests immediately. Secondly, the villa was kept really clean and was well equipped. If anything was missing, Eka would provide it within a very short space of time. Thirdly, the location is fantastic. It is very near Nyuh Kunning village- the nicest area in Ubud. Perfect for families and loads of lovely cafes and restaurants.”
