Loft 2-1BR Private Pool Villa

“Property is in a good location, about a 10 minute walk to beach and loads of nice restaurants & shops within a 5 minute walk. The property itself is clean but pretty tired. It could do with maintenance/refreshing. It was great to have a pool for cooling off but the whole area could do with some more planting, new painting and a kitchen/lounge upgrade to make it a space somewhere you want to spend time. There is quite a lot of construction around the villa (which was mentioned in the listing). You do pass it walking down the villas driveway but there was very little noise heard once you are in the villa. That all said, it was clean and for the price, value for money. If asked by a friend, would I recommend the villa? I would say yes if your budget does not stretch any further. If you have a little more money to spend I would look for something in the same area but that has been more recently maintained.”
