“Stayed for a week at J4 Villas in 3 different units to fit our dates. Well located in a quieter Sanur neighborhood but within walking distance of lots of amenities as well as 5min walk away from Mertesari Beach. Villa 1 (pool) was great. Villa 5 (garden) was in a bit more worn condition - had a leak in the ceiling of the bedroom during heavy rains and a couple burnt out lightbulbs etc. Villa 3 (pool) was inbetween the level of the other two. Relatively minor things all said. The kitchens are handy for basics but are understocked for actually prepping any sort of a meal. The host didn't send check-in instructions or respond to any messages but the guys at the front door were super helpful with everything once we arrived there. Overall we enjoyed our stay there for the access to everything and use of the pools but felt the value was maybe not quite there with some of the units we stayed in.”

“Für den Preis aus unserer Sicht nicht gut genug. Die Küchenausstattung ist dürftig, selbst kochen daher schwierig.. das Badezimmer riecht muffig, liegt wohl daran, dass man kein Fenster öffnen kann. Zwei weitere Probleme waren die relativ laute Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer und die pooldrüsen, die nicht ausschaltbar waren und somit nachts liefen. Beides war einem guten Schlaf nicht förderlich. Ansonsten sind die Villen aber modern und gut ausgestattet. WLAN war gut, die Sauberkeit abgesehen vom Bad auch. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Man sollte allerdings ein „nicht stören“ Schild an die Tür hängen. Sonst wird man pünktlich um 9:30 Uhr wachgeklingelt”
