Villa Canthy @Heart of Seminyak

“We were very disappointed with the villa, it was very dirty. We were unable to use the bath as this was dirty, although the cleaners did come to clean it when I asked. The sun beds and outdoor seating had no cushions although the host did provide some for the loungers after a few days. The microwave had what looked like mouse droppings on it and was dirty, the sink was dirty, and had a lot of limescale. There was no way you could have cooked as the bowls, pans etc had flys in them. The basin in the bathroom was dirty, and the lighting was awful. The sheets were quite disgusting with big yellow stains on them and when I told the cleaner she implied the host is renting the property out long term from August so was not bothered! The towels were thin, old, holey and grey. When I asked the host for the number of the emergency medical services as my husband was ill, she took 2 days to respond although the cleaning staff did respond the next morning. A very dissatisfying experience.”

“Recently spent 2 weeks at Villa Canthy. Villa was exactly as pictured, the pool was absolutely perfect for our small family. The location is amazing, was very quiet and peaceful considering the location with only a few grab riders accessing the lane that it was in. 5 minutes walk from Camplung Tanduk which is full of bars, restaurants and shops. Approximately 10 minutes from the quieter end of Seminyak beach. Staff Putu, Kadek and Driver Oki were amazing. Putu responding extremely quickly to a few small issues we had. Nothing was too hard! There are some mosquitos, but nothing out of the ordinary if you've stayed in a villa before. We really enjoyed the enclosed Dining/Lounge area of an evening, not having to eat in the normal outside area of other villas. The Koi pond was lovely too, enjoyed that a lot. So did the kids. Hoping we can stay again in the future!”

“Все было прекрасно! Комфортно, уютно. Все пожелания учитывались. Бассейн большой и глубокий. Очень чистый. Красивый пруд с рыбами позади гостиной. До пляжа 5-7 минут пешком или 1-2 на байке. Удобное расположение.”
