2 Bed Rooms Private Pool Villas with Breakfast

“Super séjour à Arpana Villas. Dès l’arrivée, on se sent extrêmement bien, le personnel est accueillant, et c’est très joli : tout en fleurs. Un grand merci d’avoir pu avoir notre logement avant l’heure indiquée. Concernant le logement, il est très beau et décoré avec goût comme sur les photos, tout est bien agencé. Mention spéciale pour la salle de bain ! Le petit déjeuner est très bon, avec beaucoup de choix. Je recommande. Si j’avais une seule remarque, c’est qu’il y a plusieurs villas, elles sont toutes semblables, mais j’ai été un peu déçue de ne pas avoir celle qu’on voit sur la première photo avec vue sur la végétation. On était plutôt dans un endroit clos, même si il reste très joli. J’aurais adoré avoir celui de la première photo.”

“We had an issue before arrival, because the host asked a 2,000,000 IDR cash deposit which I did not want to give as it is against the Airbnb policy. I told him I would only pay a deposit if made through the Airbnb platform. The host insisted I'd have to pay it in cash anyways and I had to call Airbnb to make them understand it was against the Arbnb's contractual terms. When we arrived, they were chasing us around for every single small payment, they would even contact me in the evening on WA to remind me that I had to pay 5 euros for the breakfast which I thought was kind of funny. The villa is cute and brand new, although a little noisy at night because close to a big street. They currently do not have too many services because they only recently opened. Hopefully it will get better in the future. There were some mosquitos in the room because the toilet is opening onto a forest. Despite the above, it was a positive stay”
