They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and were very accommodating whenever we needed anything. Their hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Bali and wouldn't hesitate to book again!”

“The property itself was nice, and we initially had a comfortable stay. The accommodations were well-kept and matched the listing. However, our entire experience was ruined right before checkout. As we were packing to leave, we discovered that two pairs of my friends' designer shoes—a pair of Louis Vuittons and a pair of Air Jordans—had completely disappeared from our space. Given that the items were securely left inside and considering who had access to the property during our stay, we are certain they were taken by the staff. It is unacceptable to feel that your personal belongings are unsafe in a rented accommodation. While the physical space was pleasant, I cannot recommend staying here due to the severe breach of trust and lack of security regarding the staff”
