The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient, and check-in/check-out was smooth and hassle-free. We did experience a small water drainage issue during our stay, but it was addressed and resolved in no time. We really appreciated the quick response, professionalism, and attention to detail shown by Diah and the team. It gave us confidence that guest comfort is genuinely a priority.
