“Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa. Citra hat uns persönlich begrüßt und jeden Wunsch uns erfüllt. Die Kommunikation über W-App mit Citra war herrlich unkompliziert und direkt. Wir konnten per Nachricht an citra einfach unser Frühstück, Housekeeping Wünsche und Restaurant Bestellungen abgeben. Sogar unseren laundry-Service hat citra für uns organisiert. Die Villa ist umgeben von traumhafter Natur und wir konnten viele spannende Tiere und Pflanzen wie Gottesanbeterin, Schmetterlinge und Glühwürmchen ganz dicht beobachten. Die Lage ist super für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen und mit der Gojek App haben wir immer schnell ein Taxi bekommen. Citra hat wirklich alle Wünsche uns erfüllen können, egal wie speziell sie waren. Am letzten Tag haben wir sogar ein personalisiertes Geschenk bekommen, sodass wir für immer eine Erinnerung an den tollen Aufenthalt haben. Absolute Empfehlung!”

“Citra was an amazing host and my stay at Umah D’Alas was absolutely amazing. The Airbnb itself was stunning and unique with picture perfect views without the crowds, I loved the wooden house and gorgeous outdoor bathroom, but it was also so nice to have the amenities right there at D’Alas such as the restaurant, swing, etc. What stood out the most was how hospitable and helpful Citra was, as someone who often stays at luxury hotels, sometimes im weary of Airbnbs, but this stay felt 5 star to me and anything I needed Citra was extremely helpful with and attentive. Umah D’Alas is a true hidden gem in Bali.”

“I had a wonderful stay here. The room was spacious, with a huge bathroom and large windows overlooking the surrounding nature, making it feel peaceful and relaxing. I slept very well throughout my stay. The property itself is beautiful. The infinity pool has breathtaking views over the rice fields and lush greenery, and the floating breakfast included with my stay was such a nice experience. Breakfast was good, and I also had lunch at the restaurant, which was absolutely delicious. There are several different restaurant and lounge areas around the property, including one by the pool and another upstairs, so there are plenty of beautiful spots to relax, enjoy the scenery, or have a meal. The staff were exceptional throughout my stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. It also looks like they're building new rooms that appear very stylish and luxurious, so I'm excited to see how the property evolves.”
