*Villas Ku Besar-Lux 5BR+Gym, heart of Seminyak

“Our family recently stayed at Villa Ku in Seminyak and overall had a good experience, though with some areas for improvement. The Positives: The villa is in a fantastic spot—not too far from the main street and very close to a great selection of restaurants and cafés. This made getting around easy and enjoyable. the staff were genuinely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always accommodating. They made us feel very welcome, which we really appreciated as a family with young children. The Areas for Improvement: The villa itself shows signs of age. While still functional, the property would benefit from renovations to align with the standards and expectations of Bali villas over the past 5 years. Our bed sheets and covers were average, and the pillows were only somewhat comfortable. Unfortunately, my wife and daughter experienced insect bites during the stay we rated the experience 6/10. With some updates and improvements, Villa Ku could definitely become a much more compelling option”

“The location is good, but the place is not on the level of cleanliness as portrayed in the photos. Infested with geckos and insects as no room have a full seal so anything can crawl in and out not mentioning the bats in the ceiling which we kept requesting bed covers to be replaced because they kep on getting bat droppings on them. All linen and towels were too old. broken tiles in the pool so careful don’t cut your feet walking. the stay was more like camping in the outdoors experience.”
