“I booked the villa based on all the positive reviews, but in my opinion it is overrated. The villa is well designed with big pool and lots of greenery. However, it needs renovation and better maintenance - some things are falling apart, lots of dust, dirt, mold. Another thing to keep in mind is that rooms are not insulated, so everything from outside gets inside, e.g. noise, smells, insects, etc. The villa is located next to rice fields, which gives nice views, but can cause small or big issues depending on time of the year. Farmers start working early in the morning, so there will be noise of motorcycles passing by the villa from 7am. The biggest issue we had was smoke coming from agricultural burnings in rice fields. The amount of smoke was big enough to cause not only inconvenience, but also health issues. We had to move out of the villa earlier than planned. I would not recommend to stay in this villa from mid June to mid July.”

“We had an unforgettable stay at this incredibly authentic villa. From the very first moments, you can feel how much love and attention has been put into every detail. The territory is beautifully maintained, lush, and truly stunning. The gentle aroma of incense throughout the villa creates a very peaceful and special atmosphere.
The design of the villa deserves special admiration — everything is thoughtfully created in a unique designer style while still feeling warm, cozy, and full of character rather than just looking luxurious. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready to help, which made us feel completely at home.
Our children were especially impressed by the additional game area. They loved it so much that after returning home, we ended up buying the same game for them, and now it reminds us of the wonderful time we spent at this villa.
This place left our whole family with truly warm memories, and we will definitely come back again.”
