“The villa looks exactly like the photos. Since it’s still quite new, all the furniture and facilities are clean and well maintained. The area is peaceful, and the staff are friendly. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved, such as the maintenance of small details like the faucets, drinking glasses, and the hot water supply. I also think the overall hospitality and guest experience could be improved to make the stay even better. Cleanliness: 8.7/10 Service: 6.5/10”
