“Our stay at the villa was okay - not great. We felt that the villa did need some maintenance - for example a lot of the cushions and the sun loungers were very stained. The beautiful parasols were also ripped. Generally, the villa was furnished nicely, but did not feel homely. It also wasn’t very practical - for example you cannot walk to the bath tub without having to go across very sharp uncomfortable stones underfoot. The villa is part of a larger resort complex which we thought would be convenient but on the first night we were severed completely raw (100% raw, not just pink) chicken. The common resort areas were also in need of maintenance and I thought it was sad that the buggy’s they use to transport guests around in were old and the exhaust fumes were awful - most resorts use electric buggy’s now. Much better. The resort can arrange some excursions like snorkeling, etc. and we did enjoy that. Overall the stay was”

“A beautiful private villa overlooking lush green hills. The setting is incredibly peaceful and relaxing. There are two excellent restaurants on site, and a wide range of activities to choose from. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.”

ヴィラ

Tropical calm in Sumberkima Hill

Villa Alila, named after the owners’ daughter, means surprise in Sanskrit. No matter how much you prepare yourself for the inevitable delights of this villa, its beauty and pure energy will take you by surprise. Imagine waking up to the view of your private infinity pool, with the serene mountains of Barat National Park stretching out in the distance. With poolside loungers, open air bathrooms a spacious lounge and a private garden with a gazebo and a swing, there is much peace of mind to be gained here. You can see the volcanoes of Java glimmering in the soft morning sun and the last light of the day leaves you feeling restored, revived and rejuvenated.
