“The Numa Bali experience was absolutely stunning. The villa was outstanding, and the location is really amazing. Based on the price vs. other locations in Bali, it was on the higher end and didn't necessarily fit perfectly compared to other places we stayed. The restaurant was not really great at the location, but the breakfast was excellent in the room. They took perfect care of us and were very responsive. Loved that you got a scooter rental included in the stay. So only "downside" is maybe the price vs. other locations as Bali has so much to offer”

“كانت إقامتي في Numa Bali تجربة غير مرضية إطلاقًا. بتاريخ 10 سبتمبر عند الساعة 6 صباحًا انهار جدار خارج الفيلا، مما جعل المكان غير آمن للإقامة. لم أتمكن من الاستفادة من ليلة 9–10 بالكامل، كما أن ليلة 10–11 أيضًا لم تكن صالحة بسبب انعدام الأمان والإزعاج الناتج عن وجود العمال وأعمال التكسير. هذا الوضع أجبرني على مغادرة المكان والبحث عن بديل بشكل عاجل، وهو ما سبب لي إزعاجًا وتكاليف إضافية غير متوقعة. إدارة المكان لم تقدم حلولًا عملية لمعالجة المشكلة، وما تم تقديمه من تغطية وجبة أو وسيلة نقل لا يُعتبر تعويضًا كافيًا عن فقدان ليلتين كاملتين وعدم القدرة على استخدام العقار. لاحقًا، قامت Airbnb بمعالجة الاسترجاع وأعادت 100% عن ليلة واحدة و30% عن ليلة أخرى. ومع ذلك، حاول المكان مطالبتي بإرجاع 30% من المبلغ، وهو أمر غير مقبول لأنه لا يستند إلى أي أساس قانوني. الخلاصة: التجربة لم تحقق الحد الأدنى من الأمان والراحة المتوقعة، وما واجهته كان بعيدًا تمامًا عن مستوى الخدمة المفترض.”
