List your villa from your Airbnb link

The fastest way onto Bukavilla. Go to bukavilla.com/list, paste the link to your Airbnb listing, and we show you your villa straight away — photo, name, area, bedrooms, rating.

You don't need an account to do this, and nothing is created until you say so.

Where to find your link

Open your listing on Airbnb the way a guest sees it and copy the address from your browser's address bar. It looks like:

Anything after the room number is fine — the dates, guest count and tracking parameters are all discarded. A regional address works too (airbnb.co.uk, airbnb.com.au, and so on), as does the short /h/your-villa-name form.

What doesn't work is a link to your Airbnb profile rather than a listing, or a link from another site. We can only import from an Airbnb listing today.

What we read

Only what is publicly on your listing page — the same thing any guest sees when they open it signed out:

• Your villa's name and area
• Your main photo
• Bedrooms, beds and bathrooms
• Your rating and review count

We do not sign in as you, and we cannot see your calendar, your payouts, your guest details or your Airbnb messages.

If your villa is already on Bukavilla

You'll be told so, and sent to the existing page rather than creating a second one.

That happens when we built a page for your villa from information you already publish, which we do so travellers searching for you can find you and reach you directly. Those pages are live and pass enquiries to whatever contact details we have on file. Claiming yours puts it under your control — your photos, your rates, your calendar, and enquiries landing in your own dashboard.

What happens next

Seeing your villa is only the first step. To finish the page we need a way for guests to reach you — an email address or a WhatsApp number. That contact is required: without one, an enquiry has nowhere to go, so a listing can't go live.

You'll also want to add anything Airbnb doesn't carry — your direct rates, your own booking rules, and your calendar so dates stay in sync.

Common problems

"That listing doesn't seem to be live on Airbnb any more." The room number in the link doesn't resolve to a live listing. That happens with an old link, a snoozed or delisted listing, or a typo. Open the listing on Airbnb and copy the address again.

"We can only import from an Airbnb link right now." The link points somewhere else — your own website, Booking.com, or an Airbnb page that isn't a listing.

"Too many looks for now." There's an hourly limit per visitor, to keep the page from being used to hammer Airbnb. Wait an hour, or email hello@bukavilla.com and we'll do it for you.

Removing your villa

If we built a page for your villa and you'd rather we didn't, email hello@bukavilla.com and we'll take it down the same day. You don't need an account, and you don't need to explain why.
