Galanthus 2 Villa

“Our family stayed here for 8 days. We chose this villa for an upscale stay where we could cook and rest after traveling around Bali. Unfortunately, the cost did not meet the expectations or value. The villa was not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival. The floors were stained, the bathrooms had visible stains like on the toilet and tub, and there was a noticeable amount of dust throughout. The kitchen was also poorly equipped, with only one pot and one small pan. On day three, the microwave stopped working and was never repaired. The pool developed a foul smell on our second day. Although staff responded quickly, lots of chemicals were added, the water later changed color, and the filtration system became noisy. Trash was also left outside the villa for days, leaving the dogs to tear into it and us walking across trash in the driveway. The staff was responsive, but the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall condition did not match the price. It has potential with more care.”
