The Kampung is a fully-serviced beachfront compound in Amed, on Bali’s tranquil east coast, built from authentic antique village houses brought from Java — traditional teak-wood structures carefully restored with their hand-hewn beams and intricate carvings intact. Each private villa has its own living and dining pavilion and a swimming pool, steps from a black-sand beach where you can swim and snorkel straight off the shore, with Mount Agung rising behind.
