The master bedroom also includes a dedicated workspace and a TV.  ☀ LIVING SPACES & KITCHEN On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, fridge, and freezer. A bar counter with two high chairs separates the kitchen from the dining area—perfect for a quick meal. The dining table seats six, making it ideal for shared dinners and social hangouts. There’s also a cozy lounge with a sofa, perfect for movie nights or social time.  ☀ OUTDOORS Sliding doors open to a compact outdoor space with a private pool and terrace. - Please note that while the space is private, there may be some disturbance due to nearby construction—reflected in the current discounted rate and shown in the pictures.  ☀ LOCATION This is a prime location—close to cafés, restaurants, and shops, with world-renowned surf breaks just minutes away. Walk to Dreamland Beach for sunset or surf, workout at Bali Training Center, and grab breakfast at The Cashew Tree—just five minutes away. Take a short drive to central Bingin for lunch at Drifter and browse cool surf gear and clothing. Head to Fondue for pilates, then swing by Analog for a coffee. In just 15 minutes, you can be in Uluwatu—walk down to the beautiful cave and out to the iconic surf break, sip a coconut by the cliff with stunning views, and maybe stay for the after-surf at Single Fin on a Sunday. Expect a lively mix of cafés, surf shops, new builds, and ongoing development. Uluwatu Temple, Padang Padang and Balangan Beach are also just a short scooter ride away. Popular beaches like Bingin, Padang Padang, Balangan and Dreamland are nearby—perfect for surfing, swimming, or catching the sunset.
